We are a small team and many of our products are only produced to order. Please allow 1-4 business days for us to send your package to the post office. Shipping is from Salzburg (Austria).

 Orders under EUR 149.00:

- Germany & Austria: EUR 4.99

- Switzerland: EUR 9.99

- Rest of Europe: EUR 9.99

- Rest of the world: EUR 19.99

 

*Note on free shipping for orders over EUR 149.00: If you wish to return your order or individual pieces of jewelry, please contact us so that we can issue you a return label.

However, please note that if the goods you keep fall below the above-mentioned values (EUR 149.00), the flat rate shipping fee (EUR 4.99 for AT and DE) will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have already paid a flat-rate shipping fee or are returning the goods at your own expense, the full value of the goods will of course be refunded.
