1. The size doesn't fit. What can I do?
That can always happen. It's best to check out our help sheets for bracelet and ring sizing. If it still doesn't work out right away, please send the item back to us with a short note to the following address. We will gladly exchange it for the correct size immediately.

2. Where and how are Jala Korsar jewelry pieces designed?
Conceived in the mind, usually somewhere between mountains & lakes in Salzburg or while traveling. Sketched on paper, refined into a 3D model in many steps, prototypes created, and finally crafted with precise handiwork.
3. What material are your products made of?
All our products are made of 925 sterling silver, usually in combination with natural and untreated (semi-)precious stones.
Silver is not only a wonderful material, but it also has the wonderful property of melting at a temperature of almost 1,000 degrees. We use this property to create new things from old ones without needing new resources. All our jewelry pieces and silver elements are made from recycled silver.
4. How do I determine my size?

5. How can I sign up for the newsletter?
In the footer (at the very bottom 😊) of our website, you can sign up for our newsletter with your email. As a new newsletter subscriber, you'll receive a 10% discount on your first purchase.
We don't use our newsletter as an advertising bomb, but we are happy that you are interested in current events from JALA KORSAR!
6. Where can I find JALA KORSAR on social media?
On Instagram and Facebook , we provide you with stories and (background) information from the JALA KORSAR jewelry world. Interested😊? Then "Follow" us or give us a "Like".

8. Where does JALA KORSAR deliver?
Basically, it doesn't matter where you order from or where your JALA piece should travel. For countries outside of (DE | AT), we need to adjust the respective shipping costs. This will be displayed to you at the end of the ordering process.
9. Where can I see JALA KORSAR products live?
On our website, we try to provide you with a great shopping experience. We understand, of course, that one often needs to see and try on things "live" to make a decision. Therefore, you are welcome to order your favorite pieces home and take advantage of our 30-day return policy.
As soon as Corona circumstances allow, we will also be physically present at individual markets and fairs again. We will communicate this through our social media channels.
10. How can I pay?
We offer common payment methods such as prepayment, instant bank transfer, Klarna, PayPal, credit cards, and Apple Pay.
11. Do you also do custom orders?
Didn't find your favorite piece or do you have a specific idea of what it should look like? Then please feel free to contact us at support@jalakorsar.com . We can't promise you heaven and earth, but we will do our utmost to fulfill your special request! 😊
12. Where does JALA jewelry originate from?
We exclusively use natural, undyed precious and semi-precious stones. These were formed deep within the earth millions of years ago by immense force and heat. After 'harvesting', they are filed and polished to reveal their incomparable beauty. Valued by us and crafted into unique pieces of jewelry.

SHIPPING DURATION
We are still a small company and produce almost all products here in beautiful Salzburg. Please allow 1-4 business days for us to get your package to the post office. Usually, the package will be with you in 3-6 business days ! (DE & AT) Switzerland and the rest of the EU 4-10 business days.
Either way, we do our best😊! If you need something very urgently, just call us at +43 677 611 696 00! We'll find a solution!

15. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE / PRODUCT RETURNS
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Simply return the products to us within 30 days (from the date of purchase) and you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount upon receipt of the goods. The product must show no signs of wear and tear and must be returned to us in its original packaging. Returns are only valid for products purchased directly through our online shop www.jalakorsar.com.
