THE POWER OF STONES

When you are in tune with nature, you feel stable and secure. Find your natural balance and use powers that humanity has known for thousands of years. These powers can be found everywhere in nature, and thus within yourself. If a part of your strength has been lost because you gave it to your surroundings, you can harmoniously reclaim it from them. Humans consider stone to be dead matter. But that is not the case. Stones were formed millions of years ago deep inside the Earth, shaped by immense forces and enormous heat.
As a result, a particularly large amount of natural power is stored in stones. They outlast very large periods of Earth's history compared to human life and can therefore store a lot of energy. The power of stones is as diverse as the stones themselves, because they are formed from minerals, of which there are several thousand types in nature.
Here we have summarized the most common gemstones and their effects:

GEMSTONES & HEALING
Historically, the use of stones in healing has deep roots. The use of precious and semi-precious stones as protective or lucky charms goes back a long way and is deeply embedded in every indigenous culture and later in all high cultures from China to India, ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia, or the Mayas and Aztecs of Central America. The earliest written records of "stone healing" date back 6000 years to Indian Ayurveda.
The first traditions of this natural healing art can be found in the Vedas (a collection of thousands of years old Hindu texts). These contain precise records on how gemstones should be used to heal physical and mental illnesses. They include instructions for processing gemstones into powders, ointments, and elixirs, as well as instructions for placing colored healing stones on diseased body parts of patients. Today, Ayurveda is taught more than ever in medical education at Indian universities, and thus these ancient traditions and the belief in them still live on today.
GEMSTONES AS TALISMANS
The use of talismans and amulets dates back to the dawn of humanity, as various archaeological finds prove. The oldest jewelry and amulet finds are estimated to be over 100,000 years old. Human history is full of superstitions, but also a deep conviction about the power of stones.
Napoleon wrote that he owed it to a lapis lazuli scarab from an Egyptian tomb that he remained unharmed in all his campaigns. Roman legionaries were given amulets and pendants made of tiger's eye for protection.
The shamans of the Mayas wore a black tourmaline during their ceremonies so as not to be snatched by earth spirits. And the warriors and hunters of the Navajo Indians wore turquoise to gain protection from the sky god.
The stories are widespread and numerous, but what is extremely interesting is that there are great parallels among indigenous peoples regarding the attributed properties of stones. For example, black tourmaline is considered the strongest protective stone in most cultures (where it occurred). With modern tools, it can now be proven that black tourmaline is pyroelectric, meaning that when heated or rubbed, it becomes electrically charged and thus generates a measurable electromagnetic field that can deflect small amounts of electrosmog and radiation.
The shamans of indigenous peoples revered it as a talisman, as a kind of shield that deflects and disperses negative energies and destructive forces. We find these analogies very interesting, and minerals, gemstones, and crystals have been used for millennia to balance emotional, physical, and spiritual forces, to protect their wearers, and to bring good luck.
Belief itself, as is well known, can move mountains. For those who are not yet convinced, they can simply be enchanted by the incomparable and unique beauty of precious and semi-precious stones.
