1 YEAR WARRANTY

Our wrap bracelets are strung on a flexible yet extremely robust stainless steel wire, making them very difficult to damage. For our single-strand bracelets without a clasp, we use a 1mm thick and very durable elastic that is not prone to stretching easily.

Within the first year, we will repair your jewelry piece completely free of charge, no questions asked.

REPAIRS AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRES

If something should happen after the first year, we will be happy to repair your bracelet for a small fee (plus shipping costs). Please contact us at support@jalakorsar.com. Rings and bangles are excluded. The warranty and free repair service only apply to products purchased directly through our online shop www.jalakorsar.com. The order number serves as proof of purchase date and must be noted. Loss of the bracelet or wilful damage is also excluded from the warranty.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE / PRODUCT RETURNS

Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Simply return your jewelry piece to us within 30 days (from the date of purchase) and you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount after we receive the goods. The product must not show any signs of wear and must be returned to us in its original packaging. Returns are only valid for products purchased directly through our online shop www.jalakorsar.com.
