Falcon's Eye and Tiger's Eye are inseparable siblings. Falcon's Eye develops from Tiger's Eye. Through a kind of weathering process (oxidation) of certain components, these change, and with them, the color. Both are mined in open-pit mines and are found only a few meters below the earth's surface.
