The name tourmaline is derived from the Sinhalese word "Turmali," which means "stone of various colors." Characteristic of tourmaline is its unique variety of colors, which includes the entire spectrum of the rainbow. According to ancient traditions, it is believed that tourmaline, on its journey of development from the Earth's interior, travels over the rainbow to the sun, inspiring it to shine. It is considered the most powerful and effective healing stone of all, with each color in its palette said to have a very specific effect. All of them are united in this bracelet.
